Vodka Case Ca. 1900
About the Item
Unique vodka crate, holds 24 bottles. The text "VALSTS DEGVINA RIGAS NOLIKTAVA" printed front and back means "STATE VODKA RIGA WAREHOUSE". These cases were used to distribute vodka and later "Rigas Balsams" throughout the Baltic States prior to Soviet occupation.
