Art Deco 2 Pc. French Cut Crystal Black Enamel Dresser Set w/ Tray
About the Item
This all original 3 piece dresser set features 2 Round Boxes measuring 4.75" x 3.5" and a matching Tray 10.25" x 6" x .75" . One is perfect for cotton balls, jewelry, whatever you use for your dresser and the other is called a hair receiver with an opening in the lid. In early 19th c., one saved one's hair and either preserved it in a charm or just collected it to dispose of later.
This can be used with or without the lid and it is a perfect match to the original set. Of course this could also be used in any imaginative way, candy, mints, nuts etc. A true work of art of the Deco Period, all in excellent condition.
