About the Item
This beautifully tactile sculptural onyx lidded box is a unique artist-made piece...unfortunately I've been unable to identify the maker's mark. We sourced it in Phoenix, Arizona.
Bands of walnut are inlaid in the stone body, and walnut lines the interior & the underside of the lid. The craftsmanship is superb.
I've photographed the piece in different lights, with flash on & flash off.
