Decorative Sevres Style Porcelain Box
About the Item
Elegant and highly decorative porcelain box with exquisite painted scenes and bright colours on a sky blue background depicting a landscape and country house. Internally there is a delicate painting of a floral bouquet in vivid colours. The side panels have a turreted building with landscape. Gilded bronze cupids sit at each corner of its base with an additional four detailed bouquets at its top. The box has finely gilded trim around its top and base and is topped by a elaborate foliage and cupid design. A lovely piece that would look very elegant in any room.
