The earthenware factory of Gien or the earthenware factory of Gien is a fine earthenware manufacturing company located in the French town of Gien in the department of Loiret and the Centre-Val de Loire region.
Among the many earthenware works born in the 19th century, Gien is one of the most famous and important in Europe.
Gien’s manufacture excelled in the art of imitation, and made copies of pieces from the past at an affordable price.
