Thomas Roy Markusen Pair of Large American Modernist Candleholders
About the Item
Never used, American Modernist pair of handcrafted metal candleholders in nickeled copper, created by famed metal-smith Thomas Roy Markusen in 1980 in the United States. These unique pair of candle holders bears the makers marks, are dated 1980 and numbered. Both are in remarkable vintage condition.
We acquired these from an auction house near Boca Raton, FL. The consignees stated that her parents had them in their house for over 40 years and had never used them. These gorgeous candle holders were still wrapped in their original packaging materials when we acquired them.
