A LIBERTY TUDRIC CHAMBER STICK WITH FLARED BASE AND CURVED HANDLE IMPRESSED 02480 BY ARCHIBALD KNOX, CIRCA 1902 Stylish, statement piece illustrating how Knox used function and form to create a strong fluid lines in his design work for Liberty Archibald Knox was designing for Liberty & Co on their Cymric (Silver) range and on their Tudric range (introduced 1902). Knox's designs for Liberty & Co made his style widely know despite his name not appearing on any of the objects. His innovative designs bridged Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau and Modernism.
