Large Church Antique Torcheres Floor Candlestick for 19 Candles
About the Item
Brass and enamel multi-light standing candelabra in the Gothic style. The foot is bulbous scroll pattern with enamelled cartouches sitting on three mythical beasts. The candle holders are on two tiers with scroll patterns supporting.This is a secular item and they were used in late Victorian houses for special occasions and dinner parties.
