Intersecting candles are a family of three two-wick candles, each consisting of two intersected shapes. The shapes are informed by Theodora's previous mould studies and celebrate a merger of geometric shapes.
Batch no.1 comes in three colours; Pastel Blue, Sand and White.
Each shape is available in all three colours, in an edition of 10.

Theodora Alfredsdottir
With roots in Iceland, a community with a population of 380.000, but living in amongst 9.000.000 others in London, Theodora Alfredsdottir finds herself looking for the individual within the mass throughout her work. She believes that good design is a window into the process of creating objects, in order to give the user a better understanding of what goes into bringing an object into this world, to encourage responsible consumption. The object, therefore, acts as a documentation of its manufacturing process; a record of what went on between the machine, tools, craftsman and material. Each and every product is a three-dimensional collage using shapes from Theodora’s collection of compositions of geometric shapes.
