About the Item
Elaborately made pair of solid silver candlesticks from the 19th century around 1870 in Austria. This amazing looking candlesticks were part of the inventory of a manorial household in Lower Austria, handcrafted out of fine silver (each weights 207 gramm) and come in great original condition showing a lovely patina. Specially made for the owner, this incredible pair of silver candlesticks impresses with its lots of small, detailed engraved patterns. Both items are hallmarked with the famous Austrian so-called "Diana head" and show additionally the silversmith stamp "JL". A really fantastic, one of a kind pair of solid silver candlesticks/ candleholders which are the perfect addition for every festive table.
