Original 1901 Ansonia Mahogany Antique Standing Brass Deco Grandfather Clock
About the Item
Here we are offering an extreme rare Ansonia Antique Standing floor clock that is in its original mint condition. It stands 94 inch tall. The entire case is in mahogany finish and highly decorated with brass trimmings. It has an 8 day double weight driven movement with half hour and hour striking. Time shows on a 10" silver plated dial with Arabic numerals. All brass trimmings are counted for and none are replaced. Even the weight stoppers are there and original, often missing on similar clocks. This is an extreme rare opportunity for any serious clock collectors to add such rare mint condition Ansonia Antique Standing to their collection. This clock is currently in good working order and keeps fairly good time. Acquired from a San Francisco Estate.
