Aesthetic Movement Zodiac Black Marble Mantle Clock with Gong-Striking Movement

About the Item

A rare and wonderful Aesthetic Movement black marble brass gong-striking mantel clock with brass finials and brass gallery to the top, just below with hand-painted porcelain panels of the signs of the Zodiac and an Arabic numeral 6.5 inch dial with hand painted sunburst to the centre flanked with quarter florets to each corner and hand-painted on porcelain 'four seasons' to the base. Some with a little wear.
