French long duration Skeleton Clock

About the Item

The clock sits proudly on a black marble base with four bun feet. The I form skeletonised timepiece movement with anchor escapement, knife edge suspension and compensated pendulum. The beautiful typical Empire dial Is supported by two finely detailed peacocks and an extravagant basket of flowers in gilded bronze. The dial with Roman numerals and brequet hands is topped with romantic clouds.
