A French ormolu mantel clock
French, mid-late 19th century
Measres: Height 37 cm, width 39 cm, depth 13.5 cm.
A late 19th century French gilt-bronze (ormolu) and marble mantel clock in Louis XVI style.
The round, in a laurel wreath framed porcelain dial displays Roman and Arabic numerals and a monochrome white background with gilt hands. Signed.
The piece is in good condition with a very nice patina, which shows matt and burnished finish.
