Gold, Gemstone, and Enamel Table Clock in the Manner of Fabergé

About the Item

The surface of this triangular Fabergé style table clock is ornamented with green guilloché enamel, the exterior edge bounded by yellow gold inset with a strip of white enamel. The surface of the clock body is set at each corner with a yellow gold 8-shaped ribbon-tied laurel wreath, the 8-shape containing inset gemstones. The enamel clock dial is bounded by white gemstones and is marked with Arabic numerals. The clock is backed with an easel support and is accompanied by a wooden box. Spurious Fabergé marks are inscribed on the clock dial, the movement, and the interior of the case. Measures: Clock- Height 10cm, width 12cm, depth 5cm Case- Height 4cm, width 15cm, depth 13cm.
