Art Deco Macassar Wood and Chrome Desk Accessory Inkwell and Blotter
About the Item
This gorgeous Art Deco modernist desk accessory set was produced in France in the 1930s. The set is built with a double inkwell and a matching blotter. The sleek geometric shape has carved and shaped Macassar wood main body and chromed metal accents. There is no visible maker's mark.
Good condition, with slight minor wear to the wood. Please note the original glass inkwells are missing.
Measurements:
The inkwell is 13 in wide (33 cm) x 5.13 in deep (13 cm) x 3.94 in high (10 cm).
The blotter is 5.69 in wide (14.5 cm) x 2.75 in deep (7 cm) x 2.57 in high (6.5 cm).
