Charming Travel Desk Set, Leather and Brass, Latter Part of 19th C, with original Roller, Brush and Boxes, including Ink Wells. A charming travel desk set in dark and purple-like maroon leather with brass details from the latter part of the 19th Century. A refined exterior where the beautiful brass and leather details shine, then followed by the interior, which is completely in brass, beautifully decorated with discrete yet elegant flowing patterns in the metal. The decor in the interior is quite advanced and arguably abstract in its nature. The interior Includes a roller, a brush, two ink wells in glass as well as a small storage box. All parts closable, including exterior lock. Wear consistent with age and use.
