Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this super rare one of a kind matched pair of signed Mary's Celestial Globes Skewing / Malin & Sons 1887 and the other is signed Malin & Son's 1887 Miniature globes seated on Corinthian pillared bases
These are simply put the finest little pieces of desk art I have ever seen, the are absolutely exquisite and take you on a ride to another time, just imagine how impressive these were in the Victorian era
I have another pair listed under my other items which are normal globes, they are signed John Stone's of Edinburgh & London
This pair of globes are a matched pair, they have slightly different bases but the globes are the same
They have a great deal of patina, marks and wear, to be honest, the fact they still exist is a miracle in any condition, please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around the condition
