Set of 2 Antique Glass Paperweights, Belgium
About the Item
Very beautiful set of 2 glass paperweights.
This set is made in Belgium in the 19th century.
They were also used as a hat or hairpiece pedestal.
Now they are used for decoration.
These paperweights are hand blown by Belgium craftsmen in the glass factory when they had left glass at the end of the day.
They made beautiful items after their own imagination, because it was not for the commercial market.
This is also the reason why these items are not common, they are rarely seen.
This lovely set has beautiful flowers in different colors inside together with air bubbles.
They are in very good condition, considering the age, there are no cracks or chips.
