Industrial Machine Age Chrome and Lucite Picture Frame, France 1960s
About the Item
This is a beautiful French Machine Age metal and Lucite photo frame with a modernist industrial design from the 1960s. The chromed metal base holder has visible screws and holds the photography between two extra-thick Lucite slabs, one transparent and the other in a copper smoke color. The frame can be displayed in portrait or landscape orientation and is reversible, allowing for the display of two pictures. There is no visible maker's mark.
The frame is in good condition, with minor wear on the metal, but it does not significantly affect the overall appearance. Check the close-up.
