Chaim Gross 1902 - 1991, Bronze Menorah Signed and numbered 1/6 on back foot, 13.5"h x 15.5"w x 2"d Chaim Gross (1902-1991) was a modern American sculptor working in New York City from 1921 until his death in 1991. He was born in 1902 to a Jewish family in Austrian Galicia, in the village of Wolowa in the Carpathian Mountains. In 1911, his family moved to Kolomyia.
