Kenji Horiuchi is a Japanese sculptor, he has founded the Global Culture Center and is known to have taken students such as Senri Nojima.
The sculpture is in great condition, showing a slight patina with age, the sculpture comes with a printed scan of the book "New Horizons" in which the reference of this sculpture can be found
