For your consideration is a gorgeous gold abstract wave sculpture on a marble base titled "Slipper 97" and signed Nani (18 x 12). James Nani (1926-2016) was a Detroit artist for over 50 years and is known internationally for his metal and acrylic sculptures. His work is currently on display in Paris, India, and elsewhere around the globe. Part mystic, part philosopher, and part a holistic musician, Nani was an expressive artist that has captivated audiences for generations. Nani was commissioned to create Renaissance Rebirth art in public spaces in Detroit, MI.
