About the Item

Francisco Reverter is a plastic artist, whose incursion into art has been self-taught, perfecting his technique with studies and workshops at the Academy of San Carlos. He has participated in several collective exhibitions, among which are: "Alquimia y Forma", in Mexico City; "Something To Say", in the Mexican Consulate in New York; "The Soul of Mexico", at the consulate of Mexico, in Miami. The latest solo exhibitions: "Tricotomía", at the Casino Español in Mexico City; "Memoria Apóstata", in a private charity event; "Allusions", at the Parra Gironella Foundation; and "Francisco Reverter, A Retrospective", simultaneous exhibition with more than 80 pieces in three museums in the state of Hidalgo; events in which the exhibited work has been received with great acceptance. His works have been exhibited in the main art fairs in Mexico, such as: Zona Maco, Salón ACME and Arte Material. His work has been published in cultural sections of newspapers and specialized magazines. Recently, he was selected by the International Solidarity for Human Rights to make a monumental sculpture at Miami Dade College, alluding to the universal declaration of human rights. His work can be seen in the permanent exhibition at the Mexican consulate in Miami, as well as in galleries and private collections in Mexico, Europe and the United States.

    Silvino Lopeztovar Born in Tlahuelilpan, Hidalgo, Mexico in 1970, Silvino Lopeztovar finished his professional design studies at the Universidad Nuevo Mundo in 1994.
