1907 - 2000 Tolerton was a bay area artist known for iron sculptures His art was shown at LACMA, De Young Museum, Oakland Museum, Denver Museum and many other art venues. This piece is a fine example of his aesthetics. Though intended as a sculpture, it can also be used to hold a candle or vase, form and function.
