Suka Braga
Suka Braga has been working as a designer for twenty years, has participated in several exhibitions and events in South America, Europe and North America. Suka integrates into the dynamics of production the value of systemic work in design. The complexity of her work consists in thinking about the network of relationships that extends from people to objects, unifying affections, memories and stories in a chain that unifies... and stories in a chain that unifies design, art and life. Suka Braga understands design as an interdisciplinary process, proposing to think of it under different poetics. The artistic and aesthetic dimension of her creations finds in the gesture of silence the delicacy to express the rest of shapes and colors in space. The choice of materials is closely linked to her care with the production processes: from the wisdom of the craftsman, she extracts the uniqueness of the pieces and from sustainable technologies the networks for a solidarity economy are structured.
