Big ice bucket in form of an owl, vintage 1960/70 Mid-Century, Italy
About the Item
This charming ice bucket is a spectacular piece of use and decoration for any table-scape.
This beautifully executed ice bucket is in the shape of an owl of an eclectic design.
The wonderfully crafted owl can be opened from above with a plastic cavity into which the ice cubes are filled. If you tilt the owl's head back you can remove the ice cubes.
The surface is partly colored - to give the object more liveliness. The ears up to the beak and the two wings are designed this way. The owl sits on a wooden plate as a base so that the condensation does not run down onto the tablecloth (this plate is removeable).
The object has witten on the underside "Made in Italy".
Measurements approx.: height 11,81 in – 30 cm, diameter 9,65 in – 24,5 cm.
This curiosity is very rare and is a wonderful piece for your table to entertain guests, for your dinner party.
