This is a heavy pair of vintage horse and groom figures. An Oriental, stone fireside ornament or bookends, dating to the late 20th century, circa 1980.
Charming figures of substantial proportion and mass, perfect as bookends
Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order
Robust stone in light grey to deep charcoal hues
Each ornament presents a groom attempting to lead a stubborn horse
