A Pair of Antique Cement Lion Paws, France 19th C.

About the Item

A very large pair of cement lion paws. It's unclear whether these impressive paws were made as playful garden stands or were part of a larger sculpture. They are in excellent condition with a pleasing grey patina enlivened by blotches of yellow lichen, all quite natural. Today they make wonderful garden accessories or interior accents.
