About the Item
Pair of Blue Murano glass duck sculptures signed Cenedese 1980s Italy with Submerged Gold Finishes
This artistic pair of duck sculptures will brings with itself a touch of Venerian beauty and tradition. These pieces of art stand out for their design, the quality of their material, and the perfection of their details. The technique utilized to decorate the glass with a multitude of small bubbles is called "pulegoso". In addition, the blue color is enhanced by submerged gold finishes. At the base the two sculptures are signed by Cenedese, one of the best renowned glassmakers from the Venetian island of Murano. These pieces of art were entirely handcrafted in Murano in the 1980s.
