Two Mid-Century Seguso Murano Glass Birds

About the Item

These two Seguso art glass bird sculptures are Classic midcentury Italian design from the Venetian island of Murano. Sleek with long necks and bulbous bodies, each is blown in custard colored glass white and brown decoration and signed. Both are in very good condition. Together they testify to the artistry and whimsey of mid-20th C. European glassmaking. Note: One bird is 15 1/8" h., the other is 13 1/8" h.
