19th Century Italian Marble Figure Of A Nude, Adolfo Cipriani (1880-1930)

Crafted in the mid-19th century, this antique Italian marble sculpture portrays a graceful nude lady draped with flowers. Delicately holds up a small flower in one hand, while the other hand rests on her hip, below her feet a cornucopia of flowers, On associated pedestal. Made entirely from white Italian marble, this exquisite artwork exudes elegance and sophistication, making it a captivating addition to any interior space. Signed Cipriani (Adolpho Cipriani) Adolfo Cipriani, alternatively recognized as Ada, hailed from Florence and lived from 1857 to 1941. He was a distinguished Italian sculptor whose creative career spanned roughly from 1880 to 1930. Cipriani gained acclaim for his masterful creations in marble and alabaster, tailored to appeal to a global audience. His artistic endeavors during the turn of the century predominantly featured allegorical and portrait figures, characterised by the Art Nouveau aesthetic.
