19th Century Statue of Children Playing with a Lioness in Gilt Bronze
About the Item
We present you this beautiful 19th-century bronze sculpture in a gilt finish, representing a group of three children playing spiritedly with a lioness. Our statue is elegantly displayed on a marble base with a sea-green cove. Its execution showcases remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail. The gilded surface remains in excellent condition, and the casting itself is modelled after an original piece by Claude Michel Clodion.
