Ceramic torso by Dora Várkonyi in anthracite, brown and white.
The toros consists of two parts, -the surface is slightly structured.
In addition to the life-size figures, the artist also worked half-height sculptures with a soundless appearance.

This series of life-size female sculptures exuding a static aura of self-containment was created in 2013-2014.
The sculptures show minimal variations in their bodies, postures and facial expressions.
Texture and structure differ from figure to figure; the full range of crafting possibilities offered by clay is exploited as a means of artistic expression.
