Art Deco Lejan French pottery craquelé glazed.
An Art Deco Lejan French pottery craquelé glazed figure group, lady wearing a crinoline dress accompanied by a greyhound, raised on a shaped octagonal base, impressed factory mark to edge of base.
White ceramic with 'craquelure' (crackle) glaze by Ceramist Le Jan white crackled sculpture from the 1930's with inscription at the the base.
Unlike other artists from the same period who produced models for various factories, Le Jan was completely unknown.
Good vintage condition, consistent with age and prior use.
