If you are a collector of rare and good quality antiques then this wonderful alabaster sculpture table lamp could be perfect for your collection. Even if you don't necessary like antiques then you too will recognize the timeless beauty and class that this work of art radiates. It is hard to see from our photos alone, but this large table lamp is over 19 inches tall and all hand carved out of a rock of this beautiful mineral stone. It must have taken one highly skilled artisan weeks if not months to hand-carve this detailed and great quality antique. The body posture and the details of this nude girl toddler are simply perfect and her happy facial expression is a joy to look at. These details too tell us that this is the work of a master craftsman. This fine art antique is marked on the back, but difficult to read. However, it is clear to see that they don't make 'em like this anymore, which is another reason why this kind of workmanship is getting ever more popular.
