Beautiful miniature version in gilt bronze of one of the most famous Belgian monuments and the symbol of the city of Brussels. 'Manneken Pis'. On a marble plinth. Stamped on the back.
The original is from Hiëronymus Duquesnoy de Oudere, made in 1619.
Dimensions: 15 x 8 cm and 14 cm tall

Manneken Pis has its origin in 1388. The most famous legend tells that a little boy saved the city of Brussels by urinating on gunpowder barrel fuses.
