Italian Vintage Plaster of Paris Head Bust Sculpture with Black Wood Base
About the Item
This wonderful restored Italian vintage aqualine plaster of Paris head bust sculpture is so reminiscent of what would be in a museum setting. She has beautiful surreal features with great detail to her very detailed back hair. She sits on a black wood base. Her face is so wonderfully sculpted to perfection of Italian classical beauty. From either the side or frontal view she is beautiful. Please note that we have just done some restorations and cleaning to the plaster of Paris and wood base as it had a crack in it. This is now reflected in the price alteration. It looks amazing now. This is from the 1960s. Sorry the old photos show now some staining now at the base of her neck which now has been removed. It was restored after the photos were taken. This is a beautiful sculpture and has a pure regality to it.

The plaster of paris head was cleaned and touched up where it needed to be. The black stained wood base had a crack in it that was repaired now. It looks amazing.
