Beautiful Rare Vesuvianite Specimen From Kpk, Pakistan Weight: 151.25 Carat Dimension: 4.6 x 2.6 x 2.6 Cm Origin : loi Shilman, Warsaak, Zagi Matn, khyber Pukhtunkhuwa, Pakistan Vesuvianite, also known as idocrase, is a green, brown, yellow, or blue silicate mineral. Vesuvianite occurs as tetragonal crystals in skarn deposits and limestones that have been subjected to contact metamorphism. It was first discovered within included blocks or adjacent to lavas on Mount Vesuvius, hence its name. vesuvianite, also called idocrase, common silicate mineral that occurs in crystalline limestones near their contacts with igneous rocks, and in beds of marble and calcsilicate granulite that are associated with gneiss and mica schist. This stone has been used to help release pent up anger in a gentle way that helps an individual find balance in their emotions. According to metaphysical beliefs, vesuvianite helps not only level out emotions, but can help us think level-headed by clearing negative or repetitive thoughts.
