About the Item
This hefty sphere of AAA-quality malachite with gorgeous color and natural patterns including a plethora of beautifully defined bullseyes comes from the DRC and has been expertly hand-polished to a gleaming luster to further enhance the incredible pigmentation and natural designs. The sheen on the polished exterior is an incredible juxtaposition to the velvety, botryoidal formations of raw malachite visible where the sphere features several small natural openings onto its interior across its surface. A unique study in multiple forms of this versatile copper-based mineral, this impactful décor piece comes on a carved wooden base for ready display.
