Rare Vintage Pink Coral Specimen on Lucite Base
About the Item
This lovely vintage selection of pink coral is a rare specimen beautifully presented. The California Hydrocoral is a slow growing, deep water coral which unfortunately was overharvested years ago. Therefore today they are very protected and vintage examples are sought after by collectors.
Fresh from a vintage estate, this wonderful example has been carefully selected and professionally mounted on a clear lucite base to accentuate it's beauty. Retaining its rich rose pink color, it is in very good original condition.
Coral is now a precious resource, we do not handle any new specimens, only vintage. We hope you'll only buy the same.
