Wells Cypress Wood Structure
About the Item
Sinker cypress wood organic sculpture in weathered gray patina on ebonized metal steel mount.
Found in the coastal lowland areas of South Carolina. These cypress “sinker logs” reflect over 100 years of submerged artful deterioration.
I paired these with pieces with an ebonized floating steel base to give them a “found art”
appearance.
In my organic, contemporary, vintage and mid-century modern aesthetic.
