Antique Art Nouveau 3 Glass Perfume or Scent Bottle Set with Inset Shells
About the Item
This antique diamond shaped perfume or scent bottle set is unsigned, but presumed to originate from France and date to approximately 1900 and done in a period Art Nouveau style. The holder for the scent bottles is done in a cast and gilt bronze pierced housing with inset half shells composing the top and bottom. The base has three fitted compartments for each of the glass scent bottles. Each bottle has a hinged metal top and small stopper with a glass stem. Please note that one of the bottles is cracked across the front and has not been tested for leaks.
