This antique opalescent perfume bottle is unsigned, but presumed to have been made in Europe, likely in France or Italy in circa 1890 for a Grand Tour in the period Victorian style1. This perfume bottle has decorative brass mounts on all four sides and the top and each acts as a bezel which holds a hand painted medallion of a vignette of a significant destination or sight that was visited or seen through the Tour.
