About the Item
For your consideration is this truly wonderful ladies vanity powder jar/box made from porcelain and marked Japan underneath. Dating to the 1930's this delightful powder jar depicts a flapper girl in the fashion of the day with her cloche hat and fur trimmed shawl and skirt. She looks quite festive with her colouring. Lovely detailing, all hand painted and styling with her fur trim coat. The colours are bright and vivid and there's no damage just regular signs of age as one would expect.
