Daum Nancy etched and enamelled glass box with cover, France, circa 1900, decorated with a Dutch landscape in black and grey enamel on colourless glass with an opalescent layer. Signed in gilt Daum Nancy with Lorraine cross, with paper label MUEBLES D'ARTMAJORELLE PARIS NANCY LYON. DIMENSIONS Height 2.75 in. (6.9 cm.), Width 5.25 in. (13 cm.). Catalogue note: Daum is a crystal studio based in Nancy, France, founded in 1878 by Jean Daum (1825 thru 1885).
