About the Item
A very good quality pair of late 19th Century French Sevres style lidded vases, having a wonderful bold turquoise ground with scrolling gilded foliate decoration. A pair of raindrop handles to each. Inset hand painted panels depicting a mother and child, and a lady with a Dove. Raised on pedestal supports, terminating on gilded ormolu plinths.
