Pair of Chinese Terracotta Urns / Vessels

About the Item

Pair of urn shapped terracotta pots or vessels wiht glazed decorations, China, 1930s. Provincial rustic handmade terracotta wine jars or preserving pots. The taller one is covered by glazed ceramic in cream color from the medium part to the top. It has abstract decorations in brown color. The other one has an eye-catching misshapen design featuring an amorphus terracotta vessel covered by cream color glaze and oriental decorations in brown color. Both show terrific aged patina. Use them as decorative vessels to add a natural accent in any Contemporary, Rustic, Natural or Wabi-sabi decoration. They would be a nice addition as a part of a traditional pottery collection. Measures: The tall one: 23 cm height x 23 cm diameter The amorphus one: 20 cm height x 21 cm diameter.
