We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of original Victorian hand carved mahogany Jardinière plant stands with Military Campaign style brass castors A very decorative and good looking piece, its solid mahogany, designed to seat a plant or piece of sculpture, the height and general dimensions are quite good, these are the only pair I have ever seen with this period solid English brass castors, they also have a fluted famboo column which was super popular in the Regency Georgian & Victorian era We have cleaned waxed and polished the timber from top to bottom, there will be some age and use related patina marks here and there These are a matched pair, they have some tiny differences but mostly are a perfect match Dimensions Height:- 106.5cm Width:- base 40cm, table top 28cm Depth:- base 35cm, table top 28cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, if you would like any additional or specific measurements please ask Any questions please feel free to ask before you bid Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
