This original modernist plant pot stand element was produced in the 1960s in France. the base element is made of bamboo and rattan with a nice formed handle at the top. the planter element is made of metal and in a red lacquer tone finish. Due to
straightforward and minimalistic design of the 1960s design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home.
the design is reminiscent with designs of mathieu mategot from the 50s and 60s.
the item still remains in a good vintage condition, with age related patina and traces of use, and some water caused imperfections, the red lacquer on the the metal pot shows some lacquer missing spots, please see images.
